摘　　要：《金匮要略·血痹虚劳病》篇中记载五劳七伤的"缓中补虚"治疗大法、从消瘀补虚、分期治疗,破血逐瘀、缓舒补虚,柔肝补血、畅达营卫,以攻代补、善后之法,缓补中虚、邪去正复,缓用补虚、错简之嫌等六方面总结历代医家对"缓中补虚"的理解和分析,并探析缓中补虚在血液病治疗中的应用。Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden cabinet raised the therapy of ＂deficiency elimination in blood-stasis＂ for exhausted conditions. This article reviewed the connotations of ＂deficiency elimination in blood-stasis＂ and applied this therapy to treat hematologic diseases.
