摘  要:以毒性较小的有机溶剂(酯类)、助剂(乙醇和乙二醇)和表面活性剂(天然羧酸盐)为组成,利用拟三元相图,同时结合正交实验,对毒死蜱微乳剂的开发进行了研究,得到了形成毒死蜱微乳剂区域的最佳配比组成。经进一步的热储、冷藏实验的测试和筛选,成功地配制出绿色环保型的毒死蜱农药微乳剂。最佳配方如下:毒死蜱2.036%,乙酸乙酯8.154%,苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚(农乳600)4.972%,天然羧酸盐2.486%,乙二醇21.131%,乙醇21.131%,自来水40.090%。Smaller-toxic organic solvents(ester), cosurfactants(ethyl alcohol and glycol) and surfactants (natural carboxylate) were employed to explore the preparation of chlorpyrifos pesticide microemulsion based on the pseudo- ternary phase diagram and the orthogonal design method, and the optimal ratios of various components were chosen, forming the best chlorpyrifos pesticide microemulsion region. Chlorpyrifos pesticide microemulsion was successfully obtained through the further trials of screening of heat storage and cold storage experiments. The optimized chlorpyrifos microemulsion formulation was composed of chlorpyrifos 2.036%, ethyl acetate 8.154%, phenylethyl phenoxy poly (ethyleneoxy) ethanol(agricultural emulsifier 600) 4.972%, natural carboxylate 2.486%, ethylene glycol 21.131%, ethanol 21.131%, water 40.090%.
