对羟基苯甲醛及其副产物的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：应用HPLC分析建立了对甲酚催化氧化法合成对羟基苯甲醛的主要产物及其副产物的分析方法,在反相C18色谱柱、流动相乙腈-水(体积比20∶80)、流速1.0mL/min、紫外检测波长230nm、内标物为苯酚的条件下,由内标定量,所得各组分的线性相关系数r2分别为0.9994、0.9999、0.9994、0.9997、0.9992;标准偏差分别为0.07%、0.08%、0.23%、0.07%、0.02%。A HPLC analysis method was established for the catalytic oxidation of p-cresol to prepare p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, in which the analysis conditions were as follows： column of symmetry C18; eluent of acetonitrilewater（20：80, by vol）; flow rate 1.0 mL/min; and wavelength 230 nm. The following results were obtained by internal standard calibration with phenol. The linear correlation were 0.999 4, 0.999 9, 0.999 4, 0.999 7 and 0.999 2. The standard deviations were 0.07, 0.08, 0.23, 0.07 and 0.02%.
