摘  要:采用丙酮提取,UPLC/MS/MS测定,建立了小麦中炔草酯和其代谢物残留量的UPLC/MS/MS测定方法。添加炔草酯质量分数为0.01、0.08mg/kg,平均回收率分别为83.5%和89.5%,相对标准偏差分别为2.0%和7.1%,检出限为0.01mg/kg;添加代谢物质量分数为0.001、0.08mg/kg,平均回收率分别为90.4%和89.1%,相对标准偏差分别为4.9%和8.9%,检出限为0.001mg/kg。UPLC/MS/MS method was developed for the determination of clodinafop-propargyl and its metabolite in wheat. Wheat sample were extracted with acetone. Precision and accuracy of clodinafop-propargyl were assessed by adding clodinafop-propargyl into wheat at two concentration levels (0.01 and 0.08 mg/kg). The average recoveries of clodinafop-propargyl were 83.5 and 89.5% with the RSD between 2.0 and 7.1%, the limit of detection was 0.01 mg/kg. Precision and accuracy of metabolite were assessed by adding metabolite into wheat at two concentration levels(0.001 and 0.08 mg/kg). The average recoveries of metabolite were 90.4% and 89.1 with the RSD between 4.9 and 8.9%, the limit of detection was 0.001 mg/kg.
