摘　　要：受全球金融危机与低迷的世界经济对我国经济发展的负面影响,出口受阻,企业经营遭遇困难,部分企业处于倒闭、停产、半停产状态,在一些企业大幅裁员中,农民工便成为首当其冲的裁减对象。对我国经济发展做出巨大贡献,却处于就业弱势地位的农民工时常面临着就业的困境。由于我国粗放的经济发展方式十分不利于就业的扩大,对此,加快转变经济发展方式,也就成为走出农民工就业困境的重要契机。With the global financial crisis and the depressed world economy on China's economic development, the negative impact is deepening. Some companies have been in bank-up, semi-shutdown state, and forced to large-scale reduce the number of staff, in which peasant-workers become the first object. Peasant-workers have made great contributions to China's economic development, but they are often in a very disadvantaged position and have to face with heavy difficulties of employment. In this regard, transforming the development pattern is a solution to the problem of peasant-workers' employment.
