摘　　要：农业技术扩散是指农业技术产生后在实际生产中的转移,而这种转移经过若干阶段后一般就具有了公益性和无偿性。其中这些阶段是法律保护的缺失区,直接影响了技术创新者的积极性。通过介绍农业技术扩散的涵义与特点,分析了中国知识产权保护的现状,以寻求多种途径来完善农业技术扩散中知识产权的保护。Agricultural technology diffusion is agricuhural technology transfer in actual production after its production. Several stages later,it has general public and gratis.But these stages were lacking of legal protection ,which directly affects the technical innovators＂ enthusiasm. To seek various ways to improve intellectual property protection in agricultural technology diffusion proliferation,definition and characteristics of agricultural technology proliferation were introduced and its intellectual property situation was analyzed.
