摘 要:目的:探讨大鼠急性出血坏死性胰腺炎胰腺组织学改变及其与氧自由基的关系。方法:应用牛碘胆酸钠逆行胰胆管注射诱发大鼠急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(acutehemorhagicnecroticpancreatitis,AHNP)模型。术后6、12、24h观察AHNP组及对照组胰腺组织学结构改变;同步测定血浆及胰腺丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)水平;血浆淀粉酶和胰腺指数。结果:AHNP病程越长,血浆及胰腺组织SOD水平越低,而其MDA水平越高,胰腺组织学损害程度也越重。结论:氧自由基及其引发的脂质过氧化反应参与了AHNP的胰腺损害的病理过程。Objective: To evaluate the relationship between pancreatic histological changes and oxygen free redical on experimental acute hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis(AHNP). Methods:A model of AHNP on rats was induced by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate into the choledocho-pancreatic duct.In 6,12,24h,we observed pancreatic ultrastructure change and examined malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) of plasma and pancreatic tissue after operation. Results: With extension of AHNP occuring and developing, MDA was increased and SOD was decreased in plasma and pancreatic tissue; damage of pancreatic tissue was more serious.Conclusion: Oxygen free redicals(OFR) participate in course of pathologic damage in pancreatic tissue.
