摘 要:目的:测定疏水化多糖对脂质体稳定性的增强作用。方法:采用钙黄绿素(calein)和1,8-ANS荧光物质包载于脂质体内,采用荧光分光光度法,通过测定荧光强度,确定渗漏率。另以磷脂酶D为水解物,测定渗漏率。结果:疏水化多糖对脂质体的包载物的渗漏有明显的抑制作用,对磷脂酶D引起的磷脂水解渗漏亦有显著的抑制作用。结论:疏水化多糖对于提高脂质体的稳定性有重要作用。Objective:To determine the effects of hydrophobic polysaccharide on liposome stability.Methods:The calcein and ANS were encapsulated into liposome respectively.The rate of leakage was determined by measuring the fluorometric intensity.In the same way,with phospholipase D as hydrolase,the rate of leakage was determined too.Results:The results showed that hydrophobic polysaccharide could inhibit leakage from liposome significantly.The results also suggested that hydrophobic polysaccharide could inhibit hydrolysis rate by phospholipase D.Conclusion:The hydrophobic polysaccharide had important action to enhance the liposome stability.
