摘  要:针对抗生素菌渣的处理问题,选取淮北及其周边矿区煤样Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ与抗生素湿菌渣配合制备水煤浆。通过改变抗生素湿菌渣的配入量和制浆浓度,研究了菌渣水煤浆的成浆特性,并考察了相同制浆浓度、相同渣配入量情况下,抗生素菌渣对不同煤样成浆性能的影响。结果表明:抗生素菌渣与煤样Ⅰ配合制备水煤浆,当抗生素湿菌渣的配入量在0~10%范围内时,茵渣水煤浆制浆浓度较高,浆体流动性较好;茵渣水煤浆与普通水煤浆相比,析水率随着菌渣配入量的增大而降低,浆体稳定性好;抗生素湿菌渣对不同煤样成浆性能的影响均具有剪切变稀特性,浆体流动性、稳定性均较好。The coal water slurry was prepared by mixing antibiotic wet gruffs and coal samples No.1,No.2 and No.3 collected from Huibei mining district.Based on changing adding quantity of wet gruffs and concentration of coal water slurry,studied feature of slurry forming,and also studied under condition of same preparing concentration and gruffs adding dosage,the effect of antibiotic wet gruffs on features of slurry forming.The result shows that: when coal water slurry prepared with gruffs and No.1 coal sample,and gruffs adding dosage in the limit of 0-10%,the slurry with high concentration and good fluidity;the gruffs coal water slurry compared with common coal water slurry,the syneresis rate reduced as the gruffs adding dosage increased and the slurry with good stability;the shearing and diluting feature of antibiotic wet gruffs suite for slurry forming performance of different coal,making slurry has good fluidity and stability.
