摘  要:目的比较紫外-可见分光光度法(UV)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)两种方法测定注射用硫酸链霉素的含量。方法UV利用硫酸链霉素的专属反应——麦芽酚反应,用硫酸铁铵溶液作为显色剂,检测波长为516nm。HPLC的检测波长为205nm。结果UV的检测浓度范围为79.12-395.60mg/L;HPLC的检测浓度范围为3.2~51.15mg/L,回收率分别为(98.67±1.31)%(RSD=1.33%)和(99.66±1.78)%(RSD=1.79%)。结论HPLC比UV所测得回收率好,灵敏度高,结果可靠。Objective To compare ultraviolet - visible spectrophotometry (UV) with chromatography (HPLC) for determination of the content of streptomycin sulfate injection. high performance liquid Methods Maltol reaction which is the special reaction of streptomycin sulfate was used in UV, and ammonium ferric sulfate solution was used as developer. The wavelength of UV was at 516nm and HPLC was at 205nm. Results The range of concen- tration was 79.12-395.60 mg/L in UV and 3.2-51.15 mg/L in HPLC. The recovery rate was (98.67 ± 1.31) % (RSD= 1.33%) in UV and (99.66± 1.78)% (RSD= 1.79%) in HPLC. Conclusion HPLC has higher recovery rate and is more sensitive and reliable for streptomycin sulfate detection than UV.
