摘　　要：在工程设计中,仿真工具显得越来越重要,通信领域里有Simulink,SystemView等专业仿真工具,当自带模型库不能满足需要时,自定义库是必不可少的。多普勒频移在通信系统中有双重作用,对通信质量有影响但同时可以利用来测速,因此文中利用SystemView的DLL来实现多普勒频移测速,满足了设计要求。In engineering design, simulation tools become increasingly important in area of communication, such as Simulink, SystemView and other professional simulation tools, when their own model library cannot meet the need, custom library is indispensable. Doppler frequency shift has a dual effect on the communication quality, but also can be used to measure speed in the communication system. So in this paper, the DLL of SystemView is used to achieve the Doppler frequency shift speeds measurement and the results meet the design requirements.
