未受精鸡蛋电位变化规律的研究

摘  要:受精鸡蛋在整个孵化过程中生物电呈现有规律的变化,表现在整个孵化期间出现三次电位高峰,而且出现峰值的时间是在7、14、18天左右。未受精鸡蛋属于没有生命的物质,但它的电位仍有规律可循,我们从1987年开始研究,实验结果发现,未受精鸡蛋从孵化第一天开始测定。1)起始电位较低,从第二天开始电位逐渐增高,但增值不大,三日内电位呈现单调上升。2)示波器扫描未受精鸡蛋的电位为一直线。Biological electricity of the fertilized egg has a regular variation during the period of hatching. There are three peaks of electricity potetnial in this course and these three peaks appear around the 7th day, the 14th day and the 18th day. Though the unfertilized egg is nuliving materials, biological electricity potential has law to follow. We have been studied them since 1987. It was found that the unfertilize egg′s(1 )original elecrticity potential was lower on the first day of hatching and from the second day it began to inccease but the value increased was not too much. In three days the electricity potential appears straight up. (2) Biological electricity potential of the unferitilized egg appeared a line on oscillograph scanning.
