银行网点服务中存在的问题与设立会员制网点的可行性分析

摘  要:高端客户是商业银行经营竞争争夺的重点,在以提高银行网点营销能力和服务能力为目的的网点转型过程中,如何通过网点建设吸引并服务好高端客户,是各大商业银行都在积极思考的问题。目前,银行网点功能大同小异,不能对高端客户与大众客户进行有效隔离,较大程度上影响了银行向高端客户提供差别化服务的效果。本文通过列举当前银行网点对高端客户服务的不足,分析其形成原因与银行选址偏好之间的关系,提出避开闹市,集中专业人员,建立面向高端客户的会员制银行网点的设想,为银行网点转型提供新的思路。At present, the bank outlets are mostly concentrated in the downtown area, the banks want to provide quality services to both the good high-end customers and the general common customers,but can't separated them each other effectively,leading to the most function of bank branch is similar, the high-end customers are hard to enjoy high quality service from bank.How to make the bank branch just serve the high-end customers? Is it feasible that banking outlets open away from the busy area? In this paper,the writer lists the deficiency of bank service, finds the relationship between the reasons for bank's poor service and the preference of bank branch addressing.And the writer proposed to focuse professionals, to keep away from busy streets,establishing a membership-based bank branch only for high-end customers, to provide new ideas for branch transformation.
