摘　　要：介绍了300 kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸装置净化工序投产三年多来显现的典型工况及所出现的问题,并针对这些问题采取了一系列改造措施,这些技改措施有效地提高了净化效率,减少了污酸排放量。Typical conditions and problems occurred are outlined during the three years operation of the purification unit in the 300 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on copper smelter off-gas.A series of revamp measures are taken for such problems,which has effectively increased the purification efficiency,and reduced the discharge of waste acid.
