摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于海洋浪溅区钢结构防护的超厚膜环氧涂料,一道涂料施工干膜厚度达1000μm,缩短了工程时间,降低了施工成本,不存在多次喷涂的层间附着力不佳问题,且使用时间长,具有耐冲击和耐磨损的特点。A kind of ultra-thick film epoxy coatings suitable for steel structure in ocean wave splash zone was introduced. Dry film thickness of one coat application could reach up to 1 000 μm, which shortened application time, lowered the cost, and avoided problem of poor intercoat adhesion. It possessed good impact and abrasive resistance.
