近代日本关系融资的发展及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：日本关系融资在日本战后经济快速发展过程中发挥了重要的作用,但也对日本20世纪80年代的泡沫扩张起了推波助澜的负面效应。借鉴日本发展的经验教训,比较中国的现实问题,我们发现关系融资在中国的应用和推广应该主要针对中小企业。通过企业集群等方式并结合中国金融体系特点,能够有效发挥关系融资对中小企业融资的支持,有助于推动金融发展落后地区的赶超和发展,逐步弥合地区金融割裂的状况。与此同时,中国面临的问题与日本有不少相识之处,需要加强金融监管和企业规范,不断完善金融法规监管体系。Relationship finance played an important role in the rapid development of Japan after the World War II, which also worsened the recession in the 80＇ s. Compared with today＇ s situation in China, we can find the major application of relationship finance should be for the small - medium - sized companies. In order to improve the financial environment in China,we should pay attention to the regulation of finance industry and business operation, thus we can make full use of relationship finance in supporting the development of less - developed areas.
