摘  要:为研究锁阳煎剂对大鼠心肌自由基代谢的影响,将48只雄性Wister大鼠随机分成安静对照组、运动对照组、安静给药组、运动给药组。服药组大鼠服用锁阳煎剂,7周后对大鼠进行力竭处理,测定心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)等指标。结果显示:心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的活性均有显著性升高,心肌丙二醛(MDA)含量显著性降低。结论:锁阳煎剂具有保护心肌免受自由基损伤的功能。This study aimed to explore the extract of cynomorium decocta upon free radicals' metabolism of myocardium tissue of rats. 48 rats were divided into four groups. There were the control group, the control group with eynomorium decocta, the exercise group and the exercise group with eynomorium decocta. After seven weeks, the supersoride dismutase(SOD) ,the T-AOC, the MDA were measured. The results of this study indicated that the SOD and the T- AOC, the MDA were measured. The results of this study indicated that the SOD and the T-AOC improved remark- ably, the MDA reduced outstandingly. It was conduded that the extract of eynomorium decocta had the protective function on free radicals' metabolism of myocardium tissue of rats.
