摘  要:目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的影响。方法:将7日龄SD新生大鼠随机分为对照组、HIE组和HBO治疗组。在实验第7天后处死动物。测定病侧脑组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:(1)HIE模型组SOD、GSH-PX活力明显低于对照组(P<0.0003,P<0.006),而MDA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.003);(2)HIE组HBO治疗1周后,脑组织中SOD、GSH-PX活力明显高于未治疗HIE组(P<0.0003,P<0.006),而MDA含量低于未治疗HIE组(P<0.003)。结论:HBO能增加HIE脑组织内自由基清除酶类的活力。Objective:To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on newborn SD rats with hypoxicischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:The newborn rats were randomized into control group,HIE group and HIE treated with HBO group.The rats were then killed and contents of SOD,GSH-PX and MDA in cerebral homogenate were measured.Results:(1)SOD,GSH-PX activity of HIE were lower than that of control group( P <0.003);(2)SOD,GSH-PX activity in HIE rats treated by HBO became higher than of HIE,MDA value was lower.Conclusion:HBO can decrease the production of the oxygen derived free radicals in brain after HIE.
