摘 要:目的观察压力负荷增加大鼠左室心肌局部血管紧张素Ⅱ水平的变化,探讨压力负荷增加致左室重构的可能机制。方法20只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组和模型组(手术组),利用腹主动脉缩窄法制备压力负荷增加大鼠模型,观察造模8周后观察左室重量指数,采用放射免疫分析法测定左室心肌局部血管紧张素Ⅱ水平。结果模型组大鼠造模8周后左室重量指数(LVMI)较假手术组显著升高(P<0.01),模型组左室心肌组织AngⅡ水平较假手术组也有明显上升(P<0.01)。结论压力负荷增加大鼠左室心肌局部血管紧张素Ⅱ水平是升高的;压力负荷增加大鼠左室重构的作用可能与左室心肌局部血管紧张素Ⅱ水平有关。Aim To observe the changing of left ventricular myocardial tissue local angiotensin Ⅱ in rat with pressure overload, and study the possible mechanism of left ventricular remodeling in rat with pressure overload. Methods 20 SD male rats were randomly divided into sham operation group and model group. The rat model with pressure overload by abdominal aortic constriction was used as the model group. The changes of left ventricular mass index(LVMI) was observed. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect left ventricular myocardial tissue local angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ). Results After 8 weeks, LVMI in model group was higher than that in sham operation group respectively( P 〈 0.01 ). The Ang Ⅱ level of left ventricular myocardial tissue in model group was higher than that of sham operation group ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The left ventricular remodeling maybe concerned with Ang Ⅱ level of left ventricular myocardial tissue in rat with pressure overload.
