摘 要:将288只40周令“京白Ⅲ系”蛋鸡随机分为六组,第一组为对照组,含4%的鱼粉;其余五个组分别用不同比例的脱铬皮渣骨粉,BE—饲料酵母和脱铬皮革粉等量代替鱼粉,即试验组。为满足氨基酸的需要,另添加蛋氨酸和赖氨酸,使其含量达到营养标准需要量。试验结果表明,鱼粉日粮和无鱼粉日粮的产蛋率(Ⅳ组除外),蛋品质以及血液学指标均无显著差异(P>0.05),但是,无鱼粉日粮组的蛋黄色泽极显著低于鱼粉日粮组(P<0.01)。Two hundred and eighty—eight laying hens of 40 week—old were randomly divided into six groups. The first was control group, which contained 4% of fish meal were replaced with different proportions of detannery Ieather & Bone Meal(DLBM),BE—Feed Yeast(BE—FY)and Detannery Leather Meal(DLM).In addition, methionine and Iysine were supplied in order to meet the needs of amino acids and accord with feeding standard. The results showed that there were no significant differences(P>0.05) between control and treatment in laying rate, egg quality and blood indexes, but the yoik color of treatments was significantly lighter than that of control.(fish meal group)(P<0.01).
