摘　　要：在油气输送钢管生产过程中,一般需要第三方对钢管的制造过程进行监督,其目的是有效控制产品质量,为客户提供高品质的钢管。为了更好地控制产品质量,驻厂监督人员应很好地理解和把握标准。分析了驻厂监督过程中遇到的如试样取样位置、试样加工、试验标准的执行等问题,提出了相应的处理措施,这些措施被应用在后续的驻厂监督工作中,取得了较好的效果。During the production process of steel pipe used for transporting oil and gas,it demands the third party to supervise in order to effectively control product quality and provide clients with high quality product.The mill supervisor should understand and master the standard well to control product quality better.It analyzed the problems occurred in supervision,such as sampling position, sample machining,sample standard implementation,and the corresponding measures were put forward,these can be adopted in subsequent supervision and will bring ideal effect.
