物流视角的武汉新港发展的SWOT分析及其对策研究

摘　　要：90年代后,港口发展逐渐向第四代港口发展,相对于第三代港口船舶靠泊、货物装卸、专业运营、加工贸易、商贸金融、货物信息功能之外,又增加了港口联盟、供应链整合和绿色港口的功能。第四代港口采取地主港的经营模式,实行民营化管理,兼具枢纽港和转运港的双重角色,提供整合性物流服务。同时,内河水运一直是我国重要的战略资源,拥有以上双重优势的武汉港的战略发展尤为重要。文中通过分析国内外著名港口的成功经验,从港口联盟、物流供应链整合以及可持续发展三个方面阐述了武汉新港在现代港口建设中的角色定位。Since the 1990s, the port development gradually to the fourth generation, compared to the third generation of the port with ship berthing, cargo handling, professional operation, processing trade, trade finance, cargo information features, added the functions such as Port alliance, supply chain integration and green the port .The fourth generation of the port using landlord port management ,carrying out the privatization management, providing integrated logistics services, which play a role both hub and transshipment port. At the same time, inland water transport has always been an important strategic resource has a double advantage ever Wuhan Newport＇s strategic development is particularly important. This paper analyzed the successful experience of the domestic and foreign well-known port , from the port allianve, logistics supply chain integration and sustainable development elaborated the role position of Wuhan Newport in modern port construction .
