摘　　要：为评估雷达装备维修保障力量,通过分析维修保障力量组织结构和运行方式,构建了雷达装备维修保障力量评价指标体系,并采用AHP方法给出了评估步骤.通过实例验证该模型是有效的,其评估结果可为优化雷达装备维修保障力量,提高维修保障效能提供有力的帮助.To evaluate radar equipment maintenance and support power, the evaluation index systems of radar equipment maintenance and support power were established by analyzing its organization structure and operation modes, and the evaluation steps given by taking the AHP method. By examples it is verified that the model is of availability, where its evaluation results provide a useful assistance for optimizing the radar equipment maintenance and support power and enhancing maintenance and support effectiveness.
