摘　　要：在科技发展日新月异的今天,科技计划数不胜数,于是科技计划项目立项评估便显得至关重要。阐述了建立科技计划项目立项评估指标体系的原则,给出了合理的指标体系,在此基础上,将模糊综合评价方法应用于科技计划项目立项评估,对西安某科技计划项目进行了立项评估,并对结果作了分析。With rapid progress in science and technology today, there are numerous sci - tech plan projects. As a result, the evaluation of project determination of sci - tech plan is more important. The criterion of index system establishment for the evaluation of project determination is presented and a reasonable index system provided. On this basis, the fuzzy assessment method is applied to the evaluation of project determination of sci - tech plan. The evaluation of projcet determination is carried out for some sci - tech plan in Xi＇ an and the result is analyzed.
