形状记忆整理棉织物的风格

摘　　要：采用KES测试系统分析了整理前后织物的弯曲性能、摩擦性能和压缩性能,并采用织物眼探讨了整理前后织物的外观性能。KES测试分析表明,经形状记忆整理后的斜纹织物的弹性和变形回复性能明显提高,表面平整度增加,丰满感明显增加,光滑感和蓬松度下降。织物眼的测试分析表明,两种纯棉织物经形状记忆整理后的表面积、厚度、体积和粗糙度都增大。The bending, surface friction and compression of the fabric before and after shape memory finished are analyzed by use of Kawabata Evaluation System. Fabric appearance such as surface area, thickness, volume, roughness and eveness of the fabric before and after the finished are also evaluated by means of fabric eye. The KES test reveals that the elasticity and wrinkle recovery of the twill fabric after shape memory finished are significantly improved; surface eveness and rich touch are better but smoothness and bulkness reduced. The fabric eye test indicates that the fabric surface area, thickness, volume and roughness of the two shape memory finished pure cotton fabrics are increased.
