摘 要:目的观察祛异康对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠在位异位内膜CD44的表达情况,探讨其治疗子宫内膜异位症的机理及量效关系。方法将60只健康雌性SD大鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、模型组、祛异康小中大剂量组、丹那唑组,采用手术移植法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型,造模成功后用药4 W,用免疫组化方法检测其CD44的表达情况。结果模型组异位内膜中CD44呈高表达;丹那唑组、祛异康大、中剂量组能降低异位内膜组织CD44的表达,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);祛异康中剂量组与丹那唑组比较对降低CD44的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论细胞粘附分子CD44的异常表达可能参与了EMT的发病过程;祛异康能明显抑制EMT模型大鼠异位内膜在盆腹腔的种植、生长,其治疗机理可能是通过降低CD44在异位内膜组织中的表达而实现的,以中剂量给药为好。objective To observe the effects of Qu Yi Kang on CD44 expression in rats model with endometriosis,and to investigate its mechanism and quantity-effect relation.Methods 60 healthy female SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: the normal control group,the model group,low,medium and high doses of Qu Yi Kang groups,and Danazol group.Endometriosis model was made by surgical transplantation.Medicines were given for 4 weeks after successful modeling.CD44 expression was detected by immnohistochemical method.Results The expression of CD44 of the model group was high,and that of Danazol,medium and high doses of Qu Yi Kang groups were lower,and compared with the model group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).The difference of CD44 expression between medium dose of Qu Yi Kang Group and Danzol group was not marked(P〉0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of CD44 may account for the occurrence of endometriosis.Qu Yi Kang can obviously inhibit the implantation and growing of endometriosis with the possible mechanism of reducing the expression of CD44,and medium dose is the most appropriate.
