广播电视大学教师发表期刊论文的现状调查与分析

摘　　要：1999年,中央电大启动开放教育试点工作,迄今已整整10年。10年来,不但电大系统的办学规模达到了空前水平,教师的科研能力水平也不断得到提升。为了解开放教育10年来电大系统教师的科研工作的开展情况,本文以电大系统的教师在1999年至2008年所发表的期刊论文为研究对象,对这些期刊论文从数量、质量、地域分布、期刊分布等方面进行调查和分析。研究结果表明,电大系统教师年发表论文数量呈快速上升趋势,但参与科研的教师比例很低,年人均发表论文数为0.1篇,不同地区所发表的论文总数差别较大;电大系统教师发表论文时投稿对象以电大系统主办的期刊为主,所发表的论文中核心期刊论文占总论文数的16%,以教育学领域核心期刊论文为主。China Central Radio＆TV University started pilot programs of Open Education in 1999. In the past 10 years, not only the entire scale of China TV and Radio University has reached an unprecedented level, but also teachers＇ research capability has been upgraded. In order to investigate the research results achieved by teachers of China TV and Radio University in the past 10 years, we perform statistics analysis on the journal papers published by those teachers in terms of total publication number, paper quality, region distribution and journal category. The results are outlined as follows. First, the total number of publication increases rapidly in recent years, whereas relatively few teachers involved in scientific research resulting in a low average publication of 0.1 paper per person. Second, the total number of papers published by teachers from different province differ apparently. Third, those papers are mainly published in the journals edited by China TV and Radio University system, and 16 percent of those papers were published in key journals and mainly focused on the field of education.
