摘 要:目的观察维生素E对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾纤维化的影响。方法将74例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组37例按常规治疗,治疗组37例在常规治疗基础上加用维生素E,治疗3个月后观察2组血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)和层黏连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)等指标的的改变情况。结果与治疗前比较,2组血清Scr、BUN、LN、HA、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C水平均降低,Ccr均提高,且除LN外,治疗组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素E能抑制肾纤维化,延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进程。Objective To study the effect of vitamin E on renal fibrosis in chronic renal failure (CRF) patients. Methods 74 patients were screened and randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. In control group,37 cases were treated by conventional treatment,and the cases in treatment group ( n = 37 ) were added vitamin E beyond conventional therapy. Then serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), endo genous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) and laminin ( LN ), hyaluronic acid ( HA ), Ⅲ procollagen ( PC-Ⅲ ) , Ⅳcollagen (Ⅳ-C) were detected. Results Compared with those before treatment, Scr, BUN, LN, HA, PC-Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C were significantly lowered in both groups, and Ccr increased, treatment group were obviously better than those of control group except LN( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Vitamin E could suppress renal fibrosis, and delay the chronic renal fai lure process.
