摘　　要：针对城市化发展过程中出现的一系列问题,结合"园林城市"的内涵,阐述了园林城市的特色、特性和积极意义,指出中国特色的园林城市建设应因地制宜,有计划、有步骤地逐步实现。Aiming at a series of problems in urbanization develop process, the paper combining with the connotation of the garden city, indicates the characteristics, features and positive significance of the garden cities, and points out the garden city construction with Chinese characteristics should be realized by steps and according to the characteristics of the place.
