摘　　要：结合神华准能哈尔乌素露天矿毛煤仓工程,介绍了上部锥壳降平台施工工艺及经过综合验算,锥壳斜壁及上部环梁采用钢拉杆斜拉辐射梁、满堂脚手架支撑施工方案,为其他同类工程的施工提供了丰富经验。Combining with the coal warehouse project of Haerwusu open-pit mine of Shenhua Zhunneng company, the paper introduces the construction craft of the subsiding platform in upper shell, and indicates the adoption of the cable-stayed radial spar of steel tie rod in shell skew walls and upper ring girder, and the construction scheme with the full hall scaffold, .so as to provides the experience for the similar projects.
