摘 要:为了比较全面地探讨蜂窝状钢骨混凝土T形柱的正截面受力、变形特性,对其进行单调加载试验,以考察在偏心压力作用下该新型构件的破坏形态、受力与变形特性;利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对T形截面柱进行非线性有限元分析,研究钢骨腹板开洞率、配钢率、配箍率、加载角、偏心距、构件长细比、混凝土强度等级以及钢材牌号等主要因素对该新型构件性能的影响及其规律,并提出设计建议.研究表明:该新型构件的破坏模式表现为"受压破坏"的形态;在荷载不超过极限荷载的90%之前,该新型构件的截面应变符合平截面假定,正截面受力性能优于桁架式钢骨混凝土T形柱;极限承载力随着配钢率、配箍率、混凝土强度、钢材强度的增加而增加,但随长细比、加载角和偏心距的增加而降低;加载角和偏心距的改变对蜂窝状钢骨混凝土T形柱的正截面承载力影响很大,设计时宜尽量避免出现大偏心距和大加载角的受力状态.The honeycomb steel reinforced concrete (SRC) T-shapesection column is a new special-shape column. To study the normal section bending capacity and deformation characteristics of the structure, firstly, a monotonous loading test was carried out to study the normal section bending capacity, deformation characteristics and failure modes of the component on the eccentric compression. Then, the nonlinear finite element analysis was performed on the honeycomb SRC T-shapesection column with multi-parameter by the ANSYS procedure. The influences of main factors, such as hole ratio of steel web, steel ratio, reinforcement ratio, concrete strength and so on, their laws and were studied on the normal section bending capacity. Some suggestions for the design were given. As the study shown, the failure modes of the component were similar to that of the compressed RC column with small eccentricity ; the hypothesis of the average strain in the horizontal section was applicable in the honeycomb SRC T-shaped column if the loads were within 90% of the uhimate bending strength; the normal section shear performance of T-shapesection column here is better than that of the truss-type of SRC special-shape column; with the increasing of the steel ratio, the reinforcement ratio, the concrete strength, and the steel strength, the ultimate normal section capacity of the new column increased, bnt it could drop with the increasing of the slenderness ratio, the loading angle and the eccentricity; the loading angle and the eccentricity were extremely sensitive to the normal section bending performance of T-shapesection column. Thus, the large loading angle and the eccentricity should be avoided in practical constructions.
