摘  要:建立了用高效液相色谱测定水体中6种苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂(除虫脲、灭幼脲、杀铃脲、氟铃腺、虱螨脲和氟苯脲)残留量的方法.水样采用液液萃取,以二氯甲烷为提取剂.色谱分析条件:Kromasil-100—5C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,粒径5μm),流动相V(甲醇):V(水)=80:20,流速为1.0ml/Mmin,柱温为室温,紫外检测波长为260nm.杀虫剂的质量浓度在1.0~2μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积的线性关系良好,相关系数R^2=0.9974~1.0000,检测限为0.09~0.26μg/mL.在蒸馏水和湖水中,6种杀虫剂3个添加浓度水平的平均回收率分别为79.62%~95.28%和75.03%~98.06%,相对标准偏差分别为0.94%~11.04%和0.60%~12.56%.该方法可用于环境水样中苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂的残留量检测分析.A quantitative high performance liquid chromatographic method using UV detector was developed for the determination of the residues of six benzoylurea pesticides (diflubenzuron, ehlorbenzuron, triflumuron, hexaflumuron, lufenuron, and teflubenzuron) in the environmental aquatic systems. Benzoylurea pesticides were extracted by liquid-liquid partition from water samples into dichloromethane. A Kromasil-100-5 C18 stainless steel column (250mm×4.6mm,粒径5μm) was used by using the mixture of methanol-water (80:20 ) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column was kept at room temperature. The ultraviolet detection wavelength was 260 nm. The calibration curves for the pesticides were in good linearity in the concentration range of 1.0 - 20 μg/mL with the linear correlations R^2 = 0. 997 4- 1. 000 0. The detection limits were 0. 09 -0.26 μg/mL. The average recoveries of three spiked concentration levels for the six pesticides in pure water and lake water were 79.62% -95.28% and 75.03% - 98.06%. The relative standard deviations were 0. 94% - 11.04% and 0. 60% 12.56%. The method was used to the residue detection and analysis of benzoylurea pesticides in aquatic systems.
