摘　　要：结合具体工程实例,阐述了砖混结构教学楼的抗震加固方案,包括砖墙的加固、砖壁柱的加固,新增构造柱、楼梯间休息平台加固等,以保证教学楼的整体性和抗震性能得到大幅度提高。By combining with the projects,the paper illustrates the seismic intensification scheme for the brick-concrete structure,including the intensification in the brick-concrete and brick pilaster,the addition of the constructional column,the staircase rest and the intensification of platform,so as to ensure the wholeness of the teaching building and the seismic performance can be improved.
