摘　　要：分析了六西格玛的基本原理,阐述了六西格玛在建筑管理中的应用步骤,探讨了六西格玛实施存在的问题,提出了具体的改善建议,以促进六西格玛管理在建筑企业管理中的应用。The paper analyzes the basic principle for the Six-sigma management,illustrates the application steps for Six-sigma management in the architectural management,explores the problems in implementation of the Six-sigma management,and points out some factual suggestion,so as to enhance the application of Six-sigma management in architectural enterprise management.
