摘　　要：首先对建筑施工合同风险进行了分析,然后论述了建筑施工合同风险的防范和应对措施,同时指明,只有建立良好的风险管理机制,从源头抓起,在实施全过程中做好风险辨识、分析和处置,才能提高建筑施工企业的管理水平和投资效益,确保承包人在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。The paper analyzes the risks of architectural construction contract,indicates the prevention and measures for risks of architectural construction contract,and points out the management level and investment benefits of the architectural construction enterprises can be improved,as long as the better risk management mechanism is established,and the risks can be identified,analyzed and treated in the whole process,so as to ensure the role of contractor in severe market competition.
