摘　　要：针对如何保证新清单规范更有效的推广和应用这一问题,从加强建筑市场法制化建设,改革评定标办法,提高从业人员素质,加快企业定额制订四方面阐述了营造良好新规范实施的配套环境的方法,以推进工程量清单计价发展。Aiming at the problems about how to ensure the effective extension and application of the new list regulation,the paper from the intensification of legal construction of architectural market,the reform of standard methods,the improvement of quality of personnel,and the prescription of enterprise quota,illustrates the methods of the complete environment for better new regulation,and to improve the pricing development of engineering list.
