摘　　要：目的：探讨自体红骨髓的成骨能力；方法：在成年兔双侧桡骨干中段骨缺损处分别植入无菌生理盐水和自体红骨髓；通过Ｘ线片及组织形态学方法，观察自体红骨髓的成骨过程及修复骨缺损的能力；结果：术后４及８周Ｘ线片结果提示：实验组新骨形成量高于对照组；结论：自体红骨髓有一定修复骨缺损的能力。Purpose:To study the capacity of autogenetic bone marrow;Metheds:Segmental bone defects were made in middle shaft of bilateral radii in adult rabbits.The control group and the experimental group were implanted with saline and autogenetic bone marrow (ABM),respectively.The process of bone formation and the capacity of repairing bone defects were evaluated by X-ray films and the histological examinations.Results:the quantitis of new bone formation in ABM group was significantly higher than those in the control group by X-ray films scoring after 4 weeks;ABM has considerable capacity of repairing bone defects and promoting the bone defects healing.
