摘　　要：由于高层建筑基础在整个建筑造价中占有一定的重要性,需对基础进行优化设计。结合工程实例,对该工程基础采用预应力高强管桩、钻孔灌注桩和筏形基础进行综合分析和评价。结果表明:钻孔灌注桩整体造价低,土方量小,无挤土效应,施工便捷,为最佳方案。Due to the importance of high-rise building＇s foundation in the building cost, the foundation needs to be optimally designed. According to an example, prestressed concrete pipe pile,bored pile and raft foundation which will be used to be the foundation were comprehensive analyzed and evaluated in this paper. The result demonstrated bored pile is the optimizing plan because of it has many merits such as the lowest cost and earthworks, no soil compaction effect, and convenient construction.
