摘  要:精密冷滚轧搓齿成形技术具有生产效率高、承载能力强、加工精度高等优点,在机械制造行业中已得到广泛重视。但精密冷滚轧搓齿成形技术能否得到广泛推广应用的关键,则取决于其模具的设计与制造。为避免繁杂的计算,达到方便、快捷、准确地确定搓齿模具关键参数,文章介绍了采用反推设计方法确定渐开线花键冷搓模具关键参数的方法、步骤,在理论上验证该反推设计方法的可行性,对所设计的渐开线花键冷搓模具进行成形模拟仿真与实验,分析了搓齿模具设计参数与冷搓花键成形精度的关系,并给出修正方法。分析影响冷搓花键成形精度的相关因素,认为该反推设计方法具有实际意义。Precise cold-rolling tooth-entwisted technique has been paid extensive attention recently in machine manufacturing industries for its high production efficiency, strong load-bearing ability and high machining accuracy. But the design and manufacture of cold-rolling tooth-entwisted die becomes one of key factors whether precise cold-rolling tooth-entwisted technique can be spread and applied widely. In order to avoid complex calculation and to determine key parameters of tooth-entwisted die conveniently, quickly and accurately, the method and steps for determining key parameters of involute spline cold-rolling die using back-stepping design method was introduced. To verify the feasibility of the back-stepping design method, simulation and experiment were done. The relationship between die design parameters and shaping precision of the involute spline was analyzed and the way for correction had been given. Finally, the related factors influencing shaping precision of involute spline are introduced and the practical significance of the back-stepping design method is emphasized.
