摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理在CT导引下经皮肺穿刺活检术中的作用。方法应用整体护理,评估患者,针对知识缺乏、精神困扰、舒适的改变、潜在并发症四个护理问题采取相应的护理措施。结果31例穿刺成功率为100%,护理效果满意。结论整体护理对提高肺穿刺活检的成功率、防止并发症的发生有重要的意义。Objective To explore the role ofholistic nursing in CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Methods appropriate nursing measures were taken to solve the problems such as lack of knowledge, mental distress, comfortable change, and the potential complications. Results All the 31 cases of puncture succeeded, and the nursing results were satisfactory. Conclusion Holistic nursing has important significance in improving the success rate of lung biopsy and in preventing the occurrence of complications.
