摘　　要：本文总结了38例肺性脑病患者临床症状的观察、监测和护理效果。及时发现肺性脑病的早期征兆,熟练掌握肺性脑病的护理要点,可促进疾病的康复,提高治愈率,降低死亡率。This paper summarized 38 cases of pulmonary encephalopathy in patients with clinical observation, monitoring and nursing effects. Timely detecting the early signs of pulmonary encephalopathy and skillfully mastering the main points of nursing will promote the rehabilitation of pulmonary encephalopathy, improve the cure rate and reduce the mortality.
