“高热患儿绿色通道”在门急诊中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童医院启用"高热患儿绿色通道"服务的效果。方法为214名高热患儿实行"高热患儿绿色通道"服务。结果杜绝了门诊护患矛盾和医疗纠纷的发生,提高了服务质量;患儿及家属对护士的信任度、满意度增加。结论设立科学的、规范化的"高热患儿绿色通道"不仅是患儿的需要,也是急诊管理工作的需要。开展"高热患儿绿色通道"活动有助于护理服务质量的提高。Objective To discuss the service effect of ＂ high fever baby green passage＂ used in the Pediatric Hospital. Methods ＂High fever baby green passage＂ provided services for 214 high fever babies. Results The implement ceased the outpatient nurse-patient contradiction and medical disputes, improved the service quality; The babies and the family members increased their confidence and satisfaction to nurses. Conclusion Scientific, standardized ＂high fever baby green passage＂ is not only the baby＇s need, but also the need of emergency management. The development of ＂high fever baby green passage＂ activities helped improve the quality of nursing service.
