对小儿输液厅实行“预约输液”服务实践的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨能解决小儿输液厅输液高峰期排队等候的有效方法。方法设立"预约输液"服务,为需要连续几天输液治疗的五岁以下患儿提供方便并观察其效果。结果实行"预约输液"服务,能有效地缩短预约患儿等待输液的时间,避免了输液高峰期,同时也间接减轻了护士的压力,提高了服务质量。结论"预约输液"服务是护理服务领域的一大创新,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the effective way to solve the problems of lining up waiting in pediatrics infusion hall at peak. Methods To provide appointment infusion service for under-five babies who needed several days of infusion continuously and to observe the results. Results The service of ＂Appointment infusion＂ effectively reduced the time for appointment babies to wait for infusion, avoided the infusion peak, simultaneously indirectly reduced nurses＇ pressure, improved the service quality. Conclusion ＂Apointment infusion＂ is an innovation in nursing service, which is worth of clinical application.
