中成药外敷治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨牛黄解毒片与蜂蜜混合外敷治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎的疗效。方法综合性重症监护病房2008年1月-2009年6月静脉留置针所致静脉炎80例,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组用50%硫酸镁注射液湿敷,实验组用牛黄解毒片捣碎与蜂蜜调匀外敷局部,治疗1周后观察两组的临床效果。结果实验组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为75.5%,两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牛黄解毒片与蜂蜜调匀外敷能有效治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of external bezoar antidotal tablet with honey on phlebitis caused by intravenous catheter system.Methods 80 patients with phlebitis caused by intravenous catheter system in the comprehensive ICU form Jan.2008 to Jun.2009 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received wet packing with lidocaine,and the experimental group received external bezoar antidotal tablet with honey.The clinical curative effects were observed and compared between two groups after a week.Results The effective rate was 95% in the experimental group,and 80% in the control group.The difference had statistical significance between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The external application of bezoar antidotal tablet with honey were effective for phlebitis caused by intravenous catheter system.It is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
