摘 要:目的探讨NT-proBNP与冠心病心肌缺血间的关系。方法用电化学发光方法检测73例冠心病患者入院NT-proBNP浓度,对其中37例行择期PCI的患者再检测术前、术后24小时NT-proBNP浓度。结果冠心病患者血NT-proBNP浓度随着临床分型、冠脉受累支数、冠脉狭窄程度的加重而升高;择期PCI术后血NT-proBNP浓度降低,术前lg(NT-proBNP)为(2.85±0.74)pg/ml,术后lg(NT-proBNP)为(2.64±0.77)pg/ml(P<0.01)。结论NT-proBNP与冠心病心肌缺血间存在密切的关系,NT-proBNP是冠心病心肌缺血严重程度的一个有效标志物。Objective To investigate the relationship between NT-proBNP and myocardial ischemia.Methods 73 patients with CHD were enrolled,baseline NT-proBNP levels were assigned by using electrochemiluminescence,and the NT-proBNP levels before and 24 hours after the procedure were also assigned in 37 patients who had undergone elective PCI.Results The concentrations of NT-proBNP correlated with the severity of ischemia,elective PCI reduced the concentrations of NT-proBNP from (2.85±0.74)pg/ml before PCI to (2.64±0.77)pg/ml after the procedure(P0.01).Conclusion NT-proBNP was closely correlated with myocardial ischemia,it can be served as a effective biomarker of myocardial ischemia.
