南海驻岛官兵微量元素及其它指标的检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨南海驻岛礁官兵守礁前后血清微量元素的变化及微量元素变化对其它生理指标的影响,为守礁部队预防保健工作提供理论依据。方法选择2008年7-10月成建制守礁官兵158名,年龄在19～40岁之间,对照组为成建制的综合补给舰官兵104名,年龄在19～42岁之间。对以上人员进行微量元素及部分酶类、酯类、核酸代谢、血细胞分析、激素检测。结果守礁部队微量元素在守礁后铜和镁有所增高但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),锌和钙明显上升(P<0.05),铁明显下降(P<0.05);红细胞、血红蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、肌酸激酶、尿酸、甘油三酯、胆固醇有所增高但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);红细胞体积、高密度胆固醇降低和睾酮、低密度胆固醇增高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论守礁官兵铁的食物来源虽丰富,可能是维生素缺乏,铁的吸收、利用、转运受到影响,使平均红细胞体积降低,有小细胞贫血的危险;锌和锌/铜失调使高密度胆固醇和低密度胆固醇改变有显著差异,需防止高脂血症;锌的增高可能使睾酮合成上升,需防止粉刺和痤疮,特别是防止情绪激动的发生。Objective To investigate the changes of trace elements and the effects on physiological indicators in soldiers staying on island reefs from south china sea islands,in hope of providing provide theoretical basis for the health care and prevention of diseases in soldiers.Methods The trace elements,enzymes,esters,nucleic acid metabolite,blood cells and testosterone of the control group（104 soldiers from all-around depot ships） and study group（158 soldiers from island reefs） were determined.Results In the study group,copper and magnesium rose not significantly（P0.05）,zinc and calcium rose while iron decreased obviously（P0.05） as compared to that before performing defense tasks.RBC,Hb,ALT,CK,UA,TG,TC rose not obviously（P0.05）;MCV and HDL decreased,but testosterone and LDL rose significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion The absorption,utilization and transport of iron are affected because of the absence of vitamin,and lead to lower MCV and the risk of small-cell anemia.The changes of zinc and zinc/copper balance result in the obvious changes of the high-density cholesterol and LDL cholesterol,the risk of hyperlipidemia increase.The high level of zinc can lead to the high level of testosterone,the may result in the occurrence of acne and agitated.
