经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的价值。方法回顾性分析35例经阴道超声诊断为子宫内膜息肉患者的临床资料。结果经阴道超声诊断为子宫内膜息肉的35例患者经宫腔镜手术和病理证实符合率为88.6%(31/35),误诊率为11.4%(4/35)。声像图呈高回声团23例(74%);呈高回声团伴小暗区5例(16%);呈中等偏低回声团3例(10%)。彩色多普勒声显示血流信号11例(35%);未显示血流信号20例(65%),SPV:(11.7±4.2)cm/s;RI(0.58±0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉声像图具有一定的特征性,经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉具有重要的应用价值,是诊断子宫内膜息肉的重要手段。Objective To investigate the diagnostic accuracy of endometrial polyps using transvaginal ultrasound（TVUS）.Methods Clinical data of 35 endometrialpolyp patients diagnosed by transvag-inal sonography were retrospectively analyzed.Results 35 endometrialpolyp patients diagnosed by transvaginalsonography were confirmed by hysteroscope operation and pathological examination,the coincidence was 88.6%（31/35）,misdiagnosis rate was 11.4%（31/35）.Sonogram showed that hyperechogenicity were 23 case（74%）;hyperechogenicity accompanying with small area opacal were 5 cases（16%）;middle orslightly low echogenic area were 3 case（10%）.ColorDopplerdisplayed blood flow signalwere 11 case（35%）;no blood flow signal were found in 24 case（65%）,SPV（11.7±4.2）cm/s;RI（0.58±0.05）.Conclusion There were some characteristics on the utrasono-gram,transvaginal sonography examination for diagnosis of endometrialpolyp had high value,it was a vital method for diagnosis of endometrial polyp.
