中药“补气解毒汤”治疗育龄妇女孕前TORCH感染血清TNF-α及IL-2的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨中药"补气解毒汤"治疗育龄妇女孕前TORCH活动性感染的作用机制。方法选取TORCH-IgM阳性的孕前育龄妇女39例作为观察组,选取20例TORCH-IgM阴性的健康妇女作为对照组,采用ELISA法检测TORCH-IgM阳性患者治疗前后及健康对照组妇女血清TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子-α)和IL-2(白细胞介素-2)的水平。结果治疗前TORCH感染患者TNF-α及IL-2水平与对照组比较差异有统计学显著意义(P<0.05),TNF-α较对照组高,而IL-2水平较对照组低;经"补气解毒汤"治疗达临床治愈的TORCH患者TNF-α和IL-2水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论"补气解毒汤"能在体内通过提高机体免疫功能而发挥抗TORCH感染作用,它能使机体内TNF-α及IL-2恢复到正常水平,以此修复机体的免疫功能,这可能是"补气解毒汤"作用于TORCH活动性感染的作用机制。该研究为临床开发治疗TORCH活动性感染的中药提供了理论依据。Objective To investigate the mechanism of Chinese medicine Buqi Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of childbearing aged women with pre-pregnant active TORCH infection. Methods Thirty-nine childbearing aged women with pre-pregnaney TORCH-IgM-positive infection were selected as observed group other 20 TORCH-IgM-neg- ative healthy women as control group, using ELISA to detect the level of tumor necrosis faetor-α （TNF-α） and interleukin-2 （IL-2） in serum of TORCH-IgM-positive patients before and after treatment and healthy women in the control group. Results Before treatment, there was statistical significance in the differences of the level of TNF-α and IL-2 between TORCH patients and the control group（P 〈 0. 05）, the level of TNF-α in TORCH patients was higher than that in the control group, while the level of IL-2 in TORCH patients was lower than that in the control group. There was no statistical significance in the differences of the level of TNF-α and IL-2 between TORCH patients with chnical cure and the control greupe （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Buqi Jiedu Decoction can exert the role of anti- TORCH infection by enhancing immune function, it can make the level of TNF-α and IL-2 returned to normal levels in order to repair the body＇ s immune function. This may be the mechanism of Buqi Jiedu Decoction in active TORCH infection, it also provide a theoretical basis of Chinese medicine in clinical development for the treatment of TORCH infections.
