摘　　要：目的探讨心理关怀与支持在艾滋病患者口腔病损治疗中的作用。方法将130例艾滋病病人合并口腔病损患者随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,两组均采用抗真菌及其他综合措施对症治疗。其中观察组由专职人员与患者一对一全程心理关怀与支持,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组。结论心理关怀与支持可提高患者治疗的依从性,缩短艾滋病患者口腔病损治疗疗程,提高治愈率。Objective To study the role of psychological care and support in treatment of oral lesion in HIV patients. Methods One hundred and thirty HIV patients with oral lesion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Each group consisted of 65 patients. Antifungal treatment and some comprehensive treatments were introduced into each group ,while a full-time psychological care and support was provided for each patient by professional staff in experimental group. Results Treatment outcome was more effective in experimental group than control group. Conclusion Patients compliance can be improved and a short treatment course can be attained with psychological care and support in treatment of oral lesion in HIV patients.
