摘　　要：清代山西祁县段氏家族所创立的元盛德商号,是仅次于大盛魁的旅蒙第二大商号。作为一个典型的家族独资企业,元盛德在畜牧业经营中构建了以市场为导向的畜牧产业链,实行了以利益机制为核心的人性化管理,堪为近代畜牧业产业化经营的典范。The firm established by Duan family of Qi County, Shanxi Province in the Qing Dynasty, was the second greatest house in Mongoha, merely next to Da Shengkui. As a typical enterprise invested by a sole family, Yuan Shengde set up the market- oriented animal husbandry industrial chain, carried out the humanity management cored with interest mechanism, which could be the model for the operation of modem animal husbandry industry.
